Simply Phở You — Restaurant in Yarmouth

We went to this restaurant because we love vietnamese but it really was not great. The waitress seemed like she did not want to be there and the food was lacking. Though the base flavors were okay, the vermicelli came with only noodles and about two small pieces of carrot and onion even though the waitress said it should be full of veggies. It was pretty much like eating a big thing of plain boiled noodles. The pho also was supposed to come with side herbs and they said they had none of it so it was just the soup. It was really some of the most disappointing vietnamese food we have had though the base flavors were okay. I love to see Yarmouth getting more diverse restaurants but this place really needs to do better if it wants to get repeat business. I purchased lunch for take out. There was a hair on the takeout container that had definitely never seen any shampooing or conditioner. Yet, my Gf and I have it a chance. We opened up to find that there was only 4 thinly sliced pieces of meat and a massive pile of overcooked noodles.
