We came here for the first time one weekday afternoon this month. The place was virtually empty. Our waiter should have had our full attention. He kept trying to upsell the "large" burger. He said only the "large" burgers are made with natural beef. We asked how much larger it is than a regular burger. He said the large burgers are the same size as the other burgers. Mass confusion.

Then, when he asked to refill our beverages, he took two empty glasses off our table. One contained water with lemon, and one was sprite without lemon. When he returned, he placed the two drinks down. I noticed the man across from me had MY lemon and chewed up straw, but he had sprite. I had water that was mixed with his remaining sprite! I am not related to this man, plus I had a giant nasty coldsore on my face! Highly contagious! That poor man drank from my straw before we realized our glasses were mixed up! By then, it was awkward to call this to the waiter's attention. He was too busy having conversation with other staff near the kitchen. We were literally his ONLY table. Imagine how many mistakes he makes when this place is packed? Never take away two glasses at the same time and refill them! Fresh glasses should be served, OR take away and refill one at a time, OR bring a pitcher to the table!...

The Positive, nice atmosphere, nice people, good service. The Cesar salad was quite fresh and tasty also served very quickly. Side vegetables were well done.

The Negative. A steakhouse should cook steaks to perfection. Medium Rare one of the most common preparations for steak and it seems this feat was beneath them. As well it seems that they rely completely on the Garlic Butter to flavor the steak. Take it off and what should have been a very tasty rib eye, was a grey, bland slab of protein. The garlic mashed was bland and tasted like something out of the box.

I don't read reviews from other people as i prefer to make up my own mind. However multiple comments from the Restaurant talk about the responsibility of the supplier for the quality of the meat. I suspect it is challenging to get a quality supplier in smaller communities. However perhaps if they are having such random quality when paying for a premium product they should source a new supplier that will work for their business.

End of the day a 60 dollar meal leaves you unsatisfied no matter how nice the people and salad are... No discount was offered.

The food tasted well. The prices were high for the portions we received. They do not offer the same prices as in the lounge. The appetizers are cheaper in the lounge along with the drinks. We asked if they would price match to the lounge as they are in the same building and same establishment but they would not. We decided to have a drink in the lounge before our meal and the waitress in the lounge was more than accommodating, allowed us to have our drink and sit at our table in the restaurant along with correcting our bill. The manager got involved and after we had dealt with him about our bill must have spoken to the waitress in the lounge. Which I had seen her after standing in the back was nearly in tears. Once we finished up with our meal and paying the bills the waitress in the bar was no longer working. I would never eat at this establishment again not recommend it to family or friends due to the way we were treated along with the way the manager handled our situation...
