TacoTime — Restaurant in Yorkton

This place was bad. I remember coming here a few years ago and I didn’t expect authentic Mexican restaurant quality, but it was still passable. This time it was awful.

The servers were barely audible. They don’t seem to speak English well, and I couldn’t understand one word they were saying.

For the food, I was not that hungry, but it was still disappointing. The burrito I ordered was cold and very bland. The other person with me ordered a taco salad, which was cold, had very little toppings and was sad looking. Not to mention they gave me Mexifries when I didn’t order them, which are just tater tots, again cold and yucky. It all totalled out to $28.

Seriously! $28 for this? This place has definitely cheaped out. They give us like less than $10 worth of a meal for this much? That’s absurd.

We are not coming back. Sometimes even when a restaurant is bad there is usually something good about it. But, there is no sugar...

Prices have gone way up and the value has gone down. Ordered a meal with a large burrito and fries. When the order was being bagged I requested 4 hot sauce. The worker agreed then proceeded to put two hot sauce in the bag. That was disappointing... Unwrapped my meal and the burrito was wrapped so loose that it was difficult to eat. Kind of petty but Taco time has to be one of the worst fast food joints for overpriced food and inconsiderate workers...oh, and they want a tip for this service! Staff is great but I think management/owner has been trying to cut down on costs...

They skimp on the meat when ordering beef tacos which is a downside. Nachos are boring... They hold back on the cheese, meat, tomatoes and spices. For what you pay I’m sorry, that’s robbery.

Superbeef and other wraps are great.

Soda to drink or just a cup of ice? Turn it down just alittle bit.

If you weren’t from the area you wouldn’t even know it existed. Needs a stronger marketing team all around.
