I always go there and get the vegan chicken pho and it's fantastic and the guys always remember the order. I have seen some other reviews so I do want to mention that years ago I did work at a resturant and it was very common to pre-cook pasta to perfection, then portion it out on a scale, bag it and pop it in the fridge so that it wouldn't keep cooking itself internally. Then when somebody ordered it would be re-heated quickly in the broth or in boiling water - came out perfect every time. This was just a way to make sure that everybody ordering got the same amount, that it was cooked perfectly and that nobody was cheated or had to wait a crazy long time. It does not impact the quality and it absolutely doesn't get shipped that way because it would be very expensive to do that because the weight would be ridiculously heavy. Shortly after they opened, we decided to try it out. While waiting for our food, I reported that I saw food was dropped on floor in kitchen while prepping to staff member, it was just picked up & placed in tub with other cut up stuff. I was asked "are you sure it was on floor?" after they talked to the lady prepping, because she said she didn't. ... really? Am I sure? Then when I told them of course I'm sure, I was told "well it's ok I told her to rinse it all"., I'm pretty sure just rinsing vegetables on floor where she was standing is not restaurant procedures, but then I saw them just carry tub away & not rinse or dump it.. I also sent in a complaint to head office. The fact that I was not believed & my complaint was basically dismissed from everyone is terrible. Ok so the basic main dishes are good. But the price is ridiculous. It was 25$ for a combo. That's no even sumo. That's just the mid size with extra meat. And the combo being two super tiny spring rolls at a bit each and one drink. Went back and tried their wonton soup.. dont try it. It was not wontons and it tasted like a cinnamon bun. Had one bite and couldn't get any further. So if your willing to pay alot just stick to the main dish no extras no meal combos or you may aswell just goto the keg and...
