I think Dawn has summed it up below but my experience went a little farther. The proprietor was outside swatting flies, of all things. There were plenty of them in the restaurant. He come in and was at the booth behind us, in my line of sight and began swatting flies at this un-occupied table. I could see him swatting them down on the table surface and using the swatter to drag them off onto the floor. No one came over to wipe down the table in the next 10-15 minutes we were there. I was disgusted and pretty much lost my appetite but was reluctant to say anything to the staff. If this is what happens in the public eye, I shutter to wonder about the kitchen and the cleanliness of it. A lot of "Asian" restaurants get a bad rap on the food quality and "what kind of meat is it, really?" and this can tarnish the good restaurants also, which is sad. I don't mind paying Good money for Good food and enjoying a Good clean atmosphere but I will NEVER eat there again. So, Eat There if You Dare. This is what I seen with...
Read moreShowed up right when they opened and there was nothing but a couple things set up (corn nibbles and some kind of pork rib pieces that were both submerged in water for some reason) we had to wait for about a half hour before they started bringing the rest of the food out. Unfortunately the only thing that was decent was the fried chicken, the chicken balls were soggy inside and the chicken inside slipped out on the first bite which was very unappealing. The meat was dry and i would randomly bite down on sand/gravely pieces in the mushrooms and veggies and the wonton soup tasted like soap, which instantly turned me off, but they charge you extra if you have any food left on your plate so we were forced to choke it down. Its almost like they know their food is so bad that they need to apply a rule for anyone who can't stomach it. Inside was nice with the decorations but thats about all this place had going for it. They're lucky to be...
Read moreIf I could give a negative rating, I would. Where to start.......all the battered dishes were so thick of batter and either over cooked and hard and chewy or under cooked and raw batter in the center. Chicken wings tasted like they were reheated a few times, both rib dishes had the texture of month old dried up jerky. Pierogies and corn sat basking in water (disgusting). Watery, bland, Instant mashed potatoes. The lemon chicken sauce was so thick and sticky, it could be used for paper mache, the ginger beef was soggy and flavorless, (not even sure it was actually beef???) The best part of the meal was the over priced can of iced tea. Definitely not worth the $52.00 spent for supper. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Like one comment mentioned.... you're better off spending $30 at McDonald's, they're not wrong!!! Save yourself the time and money,...
