I booked a lunch there included in my tour (Full Day Torres del Paine with Patagonia Planet) and was satisfied with my choice. Tables were reserved. It's like a cafeteria with good decor. The staff was the friendliest, specially the girl in the beginning. You get drink options, two choices of soup as a starter, meat (chicken, pork, beef) of vegetarian dish as a main, salad buffet and dessert at self service. There are gluten free options, but for non celiacs. The food was good enough. Keep in mind that it is expensive for what you get because it's a complete monopoly in the park. It's either this or you bring your own food. There's a small grocery/souvenir store attached to it and clean...

Horrible place. Cant recommend for the following reasons: Staff is completely unorganized (our fries were separately done and ready 10min after the burgers and the last portion for our group was tiny as they simply didn’t make enough, and our chicken salad got simply forgotten) No more free wifi compared to other posts. Burgers which they specialize in apparently were massively overcooked and dry. Salad buffet is rather sad with only 4-5 options (beans, pees, cabbage and potatoes) to chose from. When asked to make their mistakes good, staff was defensive rather...

This was really one of the worst food experiences I have made in a while. Ordered the "empanadas" with mushrooms and cheese. They were more like deep fried wontons (see picture) mostly dough, extremely oily both inside and out. Could not even eat half of one of those (I can usually eat almost anything if there are no alternatives). The other dishes (especially the pizza and the burgers) looked also very bad (we were hoping the empanadas would be more difficult to screw up). In hindsight, would rather not eat anything at...

I was surprised at the variety of food options they had considering the remote location of the restaurant. I highly recommend the veg and lamb burger.
