This bowl is a flavor bomb—juicy, tender pork, fermented black beans, garlic, chili, and that deep umami punch that hits just right. The noodles are perfectly chewy and soak up every bit of that bold, savory broth. It’s the kind of dish that warms your soul and clears your sinuses (in the best way). Authentic, addictive, and totally worth the hype😛

Probably the only downside here is i can’t take the spicy 🌶️ even the lightest level make me headache already 🥵
