Finding good Russian cuisine outside of Russia can be a challenge, but this restaurant exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by the warm, homey atmosphere and the scent of freshly baked pirozhki in the air. The decor was elegant yet traditional, featuring Russian folk art, wooden accents, and soft background music that added to the authenticity of the experience.

The menu offers a comprehensive selection of classic Russian dishes, and every item we tried was absolutely delicious. The borscht was rich, vibrant, and served with a generous dollop of sour cream and a side of rye bread. It had just the right balance of sweet beet flavor and savory meat broth. The herring under a fur coat (shuba) was beautifully layered and fresh, while the olivier salad reminded me of family gatherings during the New Year.

We also ordered beef stroganoff and chicken kiev for the main courses. The beef was tender and bathed in a creamy mushroom sauce, while the chicken kiev was crisp on the outside and perfectly juicy inside.

Service was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. You can tell the staff takes pride in sharing Russian culture through food. Really good and authentic Russian cuisine, ran by Russian speaking Chinese. Bosch is delicious, very well balanced with pelmeni (Russian dumplings) complimented by traditional sour cream. The meat comes served from the skewer and even the basic salad came fresh and tasty. Prices are very reasonable especially by Australian standards!...
