Visited Guangzhou for 1 game and I'm little bit disappointed. Football level is below what I expected. Supporters regardless from the number do not perform very well neither. You should be able to get a ticket on a gate but if you want to buy it in advance visit the ground day before. Most probably official shop will not be selling tickets so just walk around and ask in the shops selling Guangzhou shirts - most probably someone will have some tickets for resale. If you want to buy a shirt before the game the fake ones are not worth more than 20 yuans. This is the price for locals as well so don't buy any for more.
