The food here was definitely delicious, and I would have given 5 stars if not for a small issue with cleanliness. I found a few small hairs in multiple dishes—at first, I thought it was mine, but they were in dishes beyond my reach. While I truly enjoyed the dim sum I ordered, the restaurant needs to improve its hygiene standards.

Shrimp dumplings in soup and fried egg with honey.
Other items were unique twists on standard north american fare (salty fried dumplings with red rice instead of regular rice.. etc)
