Massive and busy restaurant , we waited an hour to dine here. The food and service were good. 🔸Guo Bao Rou 🔸Smoked Duck 🔸Crispy fried potatoes/beans 🔸Tofu Guo Bao Rao is Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork, cooked in sugar and vinegar sauce. It Is a must try when in Harbin.

Restaurant name: 老厨家(友谊路总店) Local traditional Chinese food Delicious. They have several restaurants within Harbin. They were quite nice we went there for lunch but waited for 30min to get a seat. The portion is quite big.

我們用餐的店是原始老店，這家店於1861開設，👍是一家百年名店，已經有4代人的傳承了，飯店內古色古香的擺設，介紹了這飯店的過往歷史。 用餐時間是在下午三點，因為看到評論說要避開用餐時間，不然的話可能要等很久，所以….. 第一份上菜的是涼菜炒肉拉皮：👍👍麻將味很濃，涼皮是軟Q的，並不是市面上有Q勁的粉皮口感，感覺很自然，很清爽一道菜另人滿意。 招牌鍋包肉：這道菜這裡做得很特，外表皮的粉過得很厚，內餡的肉卻是一點點，吃起來很酥脆。看見桌上說明才知道原來這道菜原名叫….鍋爆肉，爆就是用炸的意思。 豆腐湯：❤️剛上桌豆腐湯還是滾燙的起泡泡呢？是用鑄鐵鍋加熱做容器，吃完時鐵鍋還溫溫的有點溫度。相信這個豆腐的湯底應該是用高湯去熬製的，讓豆腐的美味被高湯襯托出來，豆腐軟嫩吃起來非常飽滿的滿足感。 排骨：燉的很軟嫩，味道非常出重，但是就口感上來說鹹了一點。 餐廳有給我們飲用水是熱的，雖然是熱的仍然很甘甜很令人嚮往的水質。後來問了DD司機原來10年，政府將原本引用的松花江水，改變當地知名山的山裡留下的水，差距也太大了吧👍⋯⋯

Very good. Loves the pork ribs, vegetables and their famous Coated fried lean meat! We also tried their in house beer. It's a little sweet. The fluffy chinese pancakes is even better than the famous Roti canai back in...
