Fulum Palace (Greenwood Terrace) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

The worst dinner I've had ever in my life. The menu is overpriced and not as tasty as it should be, membership campaign is nothing worthy but a trick to cheat your money, customer is not able to use coupond by membership app, t&c is not clear and specific staff is unfriendly to help nor willing to explain. Hygiene is also a problem, sticky chopsticks. And don't event expect for services unless you are not a stranger...

Service is bad. Attitude is terrible. We ordered a banquet meal and they accidently served the last dish to another table. Not only did they not apologise, but they were rude and not willing to compromise for a substitute dish. Kitchen was also incredibly slow.
