Wait time to get inside was slow (20 mins), but it was a busy day at Ocean Park. When our number was finally called, we were escorted inside and asked to wait at the host station. One of the hosts came by and told us that yet were just in the process of clearing our table and resetting it after the previous guests. We waited another 5 mins for then to reset the table until finally the host came by to take us to our assigned table. We were given a menu and a QR code to self-order.
We ordered the Pan-fried duck leg confit and the Iberico pork chop, along with a soft drink.
Our soft drink arrived first and was followed shortly by the duck leg confit. The was no cutlery provided. We tried to get the attention of a server but they seemed to look the other way. We had to get up and walk to a server station and ask for cutlery. Another server brought the cutlery over and realised our table was not set up correctly, and came back with 2x glasses of water and an extra set of cutlery. The pork chop then came out after a short wait. The confit duck was delicious, as was the pork.
Overall it was a very dissapointing experience, as they seemed to rush us to finals the bill after we had...
Read morePros: good to decent food, great fun to dine with penguins 🐧 Cons: slightly overpriced ($400 / pax), much dependent of luck how close you sit with 🐧 penguins

The restaurant was quite full (we went there in new year eve dinner), the experience may get compromised if you are arranged the seats at the back which seem far from the 🐧pool.
The food was good to decent, though nothing particularly remarkable. The cream of mushroom (not pictured) was rich and full of flavour; pork chop was juicy and tender; 🐧 penguin seafood pizza, despite being their signature dish, was not quite tasty, though kind of expected; apple...
Read moreThis restaurant does not even have a fair queuing system. The restaurant is opening at 12 noon. I'm one of those who arrived early and found the table booking machine in front of the restaurant was not working. So I joined the queue of waiting people at 11.40am. During that 10 minutes, there was very heavy rain. The restaurant did not open the door and no staff came out at all. At about 12.00, while the waiting queue was still there, we saw some people got their ticket successfully from booking machine. While everyone who had been waiting yelled and complained to the restaurant staff, the staff simply let those who jumped the queue and got the ticket to enter the restaurant. Our complain was not...
