It’s not easy to find Deerlicious Pudding if you’re new to the maze-like Kwai Chung Plaza, but those that are quite familiar would have definitely passed by this little corner shop before or even tried their homemade baked puddings

Although they only offer one single item (their signature pudding), there’s a wide range of unique flavors to choose from, such as coconut, jasmine tea and even seasonal variations like bailey’s and tofu.

We got the original vanilla flavor, which was quite mild and not overly sweet, making the toasty caramel taste more prominent. The cheesecake base had a cotton-soft spongy texture that melted immediately in our mouths.
