I've finally satisfied my longing for an amazing buttered pineapple bun (菠蘿油) at Fu Wah Cafe (富華冰室) in Kwai Fong.

Brought straight out of the oven, the bun is stuffed with a slice of butter and has a delicious flaky top crust. The sweetness of the pineapple bun combined with the savoury taste of butter makes this dish very moreish.

Food is alright. Service is very slow, I got my tea after we finished the whole lunch. After dining in they told us we can't pay with credit cards or Apple pay even though this payment option is displayed at the cashier. They were very unhelpful. Would not come back as food is very mid and service was not up...
