Yesterday, my mom and auntie decided to visit a dessert shop. However, their experience took a turn for the worse when they witnessed a distressing incident involving the owner and her staff. The owner behaved rudely and inhumanely, publicly berating her staff for allegedly failing to mop the floor. The staff member, a young girl, was visibly upset and insisted that she had indeed performed the task, even suggesting that they review the surveillance camera footage. Despite the staff member's plea, the owner callously poured a bucket of water onto the floor and forced her to mop it again. This incident deeply disturbed my mom, and she vowed never to return to that shop.
