屯馬線沙田圍B出口附近嘅金沙角美食小廚大排檔風味鑊氣十足。好多街坊幫襯之餘仲有各區嘅食客特意品嘗。食客唔使熱辣辣坐喺室外食塵,大排檔貼出好多手寫餐牌(好彩手字睇得到)、一個中型海鮮魚缸、啤酒推銷女郎、平日去氣氛唔錯。
🦀 金沙蟹(鹹蛋黃炒蟹) 少數地方能夠點到嘅美食,餐牌見到眼前一亮,即點嚟試下。肉蟹大隻厚肉嫩滑,鹹蛋黃炒得香口又入味,而且係流質,唔係一舊舊,考大廚功力。喜出望外,絕對推薦,值得一試,嚟緊會再encore.
🦪 粉絲蒜蓉蒸扇貝 自己一直鍾意食嘅菜色,所以會點。味道唔錯,唔多油,粉絲面去到淋,略嫌棄少硬,可以再蒸耐啲。唯一問題係扇貝脫落時並未有一嚿細嘅肉黐住喺塊殼度。
🫛 豆豉鯪魚炒四季豆 四季豆都係我鍾意食嘅菜色。而呢碟四季豆材料非常足,超多豆豉鯪魚。我已經盡量夾多啲豆豉鯪魚但仍然去到尾聲時都仲有好多。四季豆炒得夠香又惹味,完全唔慳料。
🐟 椒鹽白飯魚 一般大排檔都有椒鹽九肚魚,但白飯魚就唔係度度有。椒鹽味未夠重,但勝在炸得脆同薄。
