🍽️【沙田圍大排檔風味｜金沙角美食小廚】

屯馬線沙田圍B出口附近嘅金沙角美食小廚大排檔風味鑊氣十足。好多街坊幫襯之餘仲有各區嘅食客特意品嘗。食客唔使熱辣辣坐喺室外食塵，大排檔貼出好多手寫餐牌（好彩手字睇得到）、一個中型海鮮魚缸、啤酒推銷女郎、平日去氣氛唔錯。

🦀 金沙蟹（鹹蛋黃炒蟹） 少數地方能夠點到嘅美食，餐牌見到眼前一亮，即點嚟試下。肉蟹大隻厚肉嫩滑，鹹蛋黃炒得香口又入味，而且係流質，唔係一舊舊，考大廚功力。喜出望外，絕對推薦，值得一試，嚟緊會再encore.

🦪 粉絲蒜蓉蒸扇貝 自己一直鍾意食嘅菜色，所以會點。味道唔錯，唔多油，粉絲面去到淋，略嫌棄少硬，可以再蒸耐啲。唯一問題係扇貝脫落時並未有一嚿細嘅肉黐住喺塊殼度。

🫛 豆豉鯪魚炒四季豆 四季豆都係我鍾意食嘅菜色。而呢碟四季豆材料非常足，超多豆豉鯪魚。我已經盡量夾多啲豆豉鯪魚但仍然去到尾聲時都仲有好多。四季豆炒得夠香又惹味，完全唔慳料。

🐟 椒鹽白飯魚 一般大排檔都有椒鹽九肚魚，但白飯魚就唔係度度有。椒鹽味未夠重，但勝在炸得脆同薄。

🪿 豉油皇鵝腸 份量十足，味道濃郁。鵝腸爽滑。
