Food: 3.8, The food here I genuinely find good. However I must say that the portions here are quite overwhelming for one person. It is more tailored to physical laborers or athletes, than office workers and ladies.

Decor: 3.5, Some effort has gone into making the place look friendly.

Comfort: 3.5, seating is fairly comfy.

Service: 3, Nothing notable can be given. Generally normal waiters.

Price/Value: 4, Fantastic value for good tasting food, BUT usually you have to order one meal to split among two people. The sheer quantity of each dish is huge and so you can simply split it with the other person. Either split with someone, or take half the meal away in a box. Either way its two portions worth.

Sanitation: 3.5. Generally a clean feeling here. Floors mopped, no bits of food littered around, utensils are usually clean. Nothing to give the impression that you may come away sick. What is to be expected of any restaurant.

Recommendations to Owner: Reduce portion sizes and price appropriately. A lot of people seemingly cannot finish their plates due to the excess! Also many dishes make heavy use of oil and there are some dishes that are rather strong in taste. Perhaps add some dishes that are less heavy in...

Firstly the place is hardly what I would consider ‘Vietnamese’ but anyway at least hoped it would be decent simple dishes. Instead it’s complicated mess of oily/greasy frozen fried dishes. All three dishes ordered were mostly dripping in pool of oil. Burnt on outside and oily cool on inside. Ordered coconut coffee but got milk tea instead. Only positive was background music was ok.
