La Luna Bistro — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Slow, Rude and Unfair.

I went alone. I ordered the deep fried prawns.

After 15 minutes, the waitress served me the prawns... however, the other waitress realizes those actually weren't my prawns, but for the table next to me. She literally yells at me not to eat them once I already had my chopsticks hovering over the dish. She takes the dish away from me, and gives it to the next table. Then I wait for another 15 minutes... threatened to leave... she yelled at me again and told me to wait... They finally gave me my prawns after like 40 minutes. The portion was smaller than the one that was taken away from me... lol... Am not sure if they make smaller portions for foreigners or because they were in such a hurry for me to not leave the place.

I know this is a small joint that servers the local neighborhood, but I am part of the community as well. I work around the corner just like anybody else. It breaks my heart to leave such a negative review, but this was my happy Saturday dinner and they managed to make me feel sad and miserable and even a bit more foreigner.

Conclusion: slow,...

first visit for lunch... lunch menu only(?) a small but nice place, sour fish and the lamb were good staff was friendly though the coffee latte tasted a bit bad ^^... definitely not a place for coffee would like to try other...

Food is okay (can be better on the seasoning) However the service there is unacceptable as there is this one worker that is very rude to the customers and would have this passive...
