Starbucks — Restaurant in Hong Kong

A mess, in every possible way. They clean the tables rarely, people don't know what to do with their used plates so they end up everywhere, on tables, ledges, near the napkins/sugar/straws station + everywhere. Even if you are lucky enough to find a free seat, most likely it will also come with some free garbage, or at the very least some dirty plates. Their system for ordering and pickups is also a mess. They don't check whether the thing you are taking is the thing you actually ordered. Considering potential language barriers combined with poor labeling or the cups/plates, people end up frequently taking the wrong thing. This leads to lots of wasted time and frustration. Two stars because they are the only place on campus which acknowledges the existence of people who do not like to eat meat for every single meal. A very convenient spot for grabbing a coffee before class; people who presented a UST Card would enjoy a 30% discount for a drink.

However, I always had to queue for a long time to get a simple coffee. It was because the staffs were more like student part timers who fumbled around from time to time, and some customers were not quite used to ordering coffee, too.
