Hi loekie mawati,

I hope you are doing great.

Today I will discuss a very important topic for manifestation.

I would like you to reflect on your life and how you think about certain situations.

Although you may not appreciate the fact…the greatest gift that you have been given is the gift of life itself.

Even the adversities and challenges which you faced are a gift…because they offer you the opportunity to grow and develop into the person you can truly be.

You may feel that these things are clichés…but there are deep truths hidden in the simple affirmations.

You must know someone who focuses endlessly on the negative…the struggles they face…the difficulties that present themselves…. Or someone who seems lacking in gratitude or happiness…who constantly focuses on the negative.

Do you imagine that this person is growing or weakening in spirit?

…and do you think that that’s the basis for fulfillment and happiness?

By continuously focusing on the negative, on what is wrong you will program your mind with negative expectations.

Your mind will create situations which reinforce the truth of what you believe about yourself and the world.

You Get What You Think About…You Are What You Think About

The thing that matters in trying to manifest anything is a simple truth…unsuccessful people focus on problems… successful people focus on solutions.

Successful people focus on gratitude, happiness, opportunity, and thankfulness. When you do that…there’s a magical transformation that makes difficulties, powerlessness, struggle, and challenges all seem like opportunities for growth.

Your thinking can be either your enemy or your ally.

Giving up your power to struggle and challenge makes you a victim…what you focus on becomes your reality.

So if you want to be successful, you need to focus on what’s working for you right now and what might work for you in the future.

Your thinking determines if you will get what you want or not…

You need to focus on your strengths, rather than your weaknesses…

You need to focus on your dream, and how you can fulfill it.

Overcoming problems Is essential to manifesting anything.

I will discuss much more about this in the next e-letter. Be sure you read it.

Wishing you spiritual...

As of March 12, 2019, this restaurant is planning to shut down for good at the end of May. That is really too bad, because this is one of my favorite places here. I like the surroundings and the friendly staff, the good food and the ambiance. Here they serve semi buffet and full buffet lunches. By now the restaurant no longer opens for dinner. The bar next door will continue its night...

This place has a rare Western style brunch on campus at HKUST--week ends only. Not perfect, but great view. Also worth noting, I am pretty sure parking in campus is free. Bad news, the buffet lunch is gone. But the unibar/hotel has semi buffet lunch that is pretty good and weekend...

Great value for money. Four course dinner for just HKD 188. I love the duck salad and their juicy steak but their tiramisu dessert needs more coffee punch. There is no crowd during weekdays, perfect for an intimate dinner or catching up with friends.

Very nice and cozy restaurant. The food is well prepared, well seasoned and beautifully presented, with a reasonable price.
