I have never in my life encountered such blatant disrespect, incompetence, and outright hostility from a so-called "coffee shop." This place isn’t just bad—it’s an embarrassment to the service industry, a pit of unprofessionalism where customers are treated with contempt and aggression for no reason.

Let me paint the scene: A staff member (if you can even call her that) screamed at me like a deranged street vendor simply because I presented a QR code. Instead of doing her job—like, oh, I don’t know, moving the scanner closer—she chose to shriek like a banshee, drawing stares from everyone around. No apology, no attempt to correct her behavior—just pure, unhinged rudeness as if I were an inconvenience for daring to order coffee.

This isn’t just "bad service." This is next-level unethical behavior—the kind that makes you question how this business is even allowed to operate. The staff clearly have zero training, zero respect, and zero awareness of how human beings interact in civilized society.
