Tai Hing Roast Restaurant — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Haven't visited the TKO restaurant since my last visit just before COVID. They moved from a ground floor location to an upper level location next to a few other eateries. They still maintain their consistent quality of food, especially my favorite roasted goose, a must have every time I visit HK. Even it is a chain restaurant, they are not exactly equal.

I have a pleasant surprise this time. In the past they only served the half roasted goose on a standard ceramic plate, but now they serve them on the plate with a small tea candle on the bottom to keep it warm. It does make a difference when you sit there and enjoy the whole meal with your friends and family. I rank this place among the top 5 of my must visit restaurants each time I come...
