b+bc cafe — Restaurant in Sai Kung District

This joint has been in TKO for ages and there are always queues and queues of people which is why I haven't tried it until now. There used to be a joint at Tsz Wan Shan but it closed down. The drinks they serve are the same as the drinks at Cafe Mikoo in polam so they could be part of the same group. Despite ordering verbally they misheard my order so ended getting two same noodles and the drink wasn't what I really wanted. Tried the preserved plum tea which was sweet and sour in taste. The three cups chicken lacked basil taste. It was mostly white meat and chicken wings in the pot. The beef shin noodles were in a super sweet broth served with thick slices of beef shin. The sides that came with the noodles was tasty especially the tart cucumbers and the tofu was well marinated.

For the spicy one, it was good that they serve the chili oil separately.

For plain teas, they all come with sugar so bare that in mind if you prefer teas sugar free.

The decoration is quite neat and you may think you getting into the library haa

Popcorn chicken fillet in minced pork rice is soso good, i love the evil popcorn chicken haa, so crispy though having many fats insides, the fillets turn a bit dry so it’d be good mixing with salad sauce, the taste even better

Pork cutlet in minced pork rice is okay, i’d rather choosing popcorn chicken more, the pork cutlet is a bit dry, but i like the piece with bone

Minced pork rice is lovely with some fatty meats, i love the pork skins insides haa

Mini Dumplings seaweed soup is soso

Osmanthus Chicken Wings is so good, i’ve loved since the first i’ve tried haaa, very crispy wings with sweet osmanthus sauce

The food quality is quite good and the price is reasonable, it’s a good choice if you want a taiwanese dishes haa

Pearl Ovaltine tastes sweet and rich and the pearl is good and chewy ha

Good taste eating in b+bc cafe and we enjoyed the meal ha
