Market Place (PopCorn店) — Local services in Hong Kong

Days ago I bought three boxes of strawberries from Marketplace (Tseung Kwan O) to share with my three siblings after dinner. Later, my younger brother sent me photos showing mold in his box. The following day, I lodged a complaint with Marketplace via email. In response, they issued a formal reply stating that they would only respond if deemed necessary.

This makes me wonder whether they even read my complaint or if they simply choose to reply at their discretion. Wellcome's customer service has always been worse than Parkn, but I didn’t expect Marketplace—positioned as a more high-end brand—to be just as disappointing.

Now, after more than ten days, they have yet to provide any response. I’ve learned a hard lesson—never buy strawberries from this...

The supermarket is located at the very opposite of its car park (pop corn car park), making it very difficult and painful to carry your grocery, and you can't take the trolley to the car park. Also Market place advertises free delivery above 500hkd spent: I went there Monday 20 January at 9am, asked for a delivery (i spent 897hkd ther), and I was told my delivery will only arrive on Saturday 25th January. What a joke! so I had to carry all my heavy groceries all the way back to the parking, and this Pop corn mall only offers free parking for 2hr. But it already take me 15 min to walk from supermarket to CS and to parking, so I still had to pay for parking as I stayed there 2h10min ! very bad customer experience I dont recommend this place to do...

Products are fine. I can find what I need most of the time. Poor service. The attitude of a staff at the cashier disgusted me. Even though poor service is a norm in Hong Kong, her attitude still surprised...
