The Better 'Ole Bar & Restaurant (Fanling) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to share my experience at this restaurant! The Tomahawk steak was absolutely amazing—cooked to perfection and so flavorful. We also tried the escargots and fried squid, both of which were delicious and had great textures.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home, which is a big plus. It’s a perfect spot for a casual dinner or even a celebration, and I noticed they have English-speaking staff, so it’s great for tourists too!

After our meal, we headed to the bar next door, which is open late. We ended up having a few more drinks and really capped off a fantastic night.

A recently opened , reincarnation of a popular old bar and restaurant in fanling, New Territories. The decoration is well thought out , it is busy with a positive vibe. The food is of a high standard, the mixed grill in particular was excellent , well cooked, and a sizeable portion. The service was friendly and professional, choice of beers is good , including a few local selections, and prices are reasonable given the standard and quality provided.
