Very hard to find a place that does Banh mi in Yuen long and this place definitely hits the spot. The baguette is very fresh, crusty on the outside but soft on the inside. You can also personalise a lot of it which is nice . I really enjoyed the taste of the pho, broth tasted clean and the noodles were cooked well.
