the cashier was really bad. i can't speak english well but he yelled at me, made me read out the full dish i ordered, while i said the short name of the dish and i had to point at the dish with my finger and he didn't understand and still yelled at me! i hope other customers don't have the same bad experience as me, i hope that staff doesn't yell and act superior to anyone around them anymore

Staff are not helpful. Demanding receipt from me with an attitude to collect item I ordered where no other customers are asked to produce receipt. Staff will not heat up rice bowl for me when asked. After spending over $200 (€25)...

Order hot coffee its a bit too hot(partially probably my fault that i didnt asked for warm) so asked for a bit top up with cold milk and staff gave me ice instead 😅 really?!? I would say this is probably worse...
