Starbucks — Restaurant in Islands District

Best blueberry cheesecake! I've been 2x to this Starbucks only for the cheesecake! They're better than in my country, it has a thin layer of those white glaze, something like on cinnamonroll. The blueberry are also good, they taste fresh. And of course the cheesecake is top!

BUT the coffee is not so good. I had americano (no sugar, no milk, I like black coffee) but it was too watery and kinda taste like dirt (I also had the free water at the water station and it also tasted like dirt, so I think the coffee was not good coz they used that water too). Tbh, I never had a good coffee at Starbucks, because I don't like the sweet mix, so I usually just get Americano/latte/cappuccino, but maybe the beans aren't that good, that's why their coffee aren't special if u not getting...

This coffee shop near gate 44 is extremely disappointing. Not only do they fail to make a decent cup of coffee, but their lack of attention to the proper amount of syrup in the drink is also a major flaw. On top of this, their customer service leaves much to be desired, which is particularly concerning given that Starbucks is known for its strong emphasis on providing excellent service to its customers.

To illustrate, I once requested a simple glass of tap water, but was informed by the staff that they only sell bottled water. This kind of response is unacceptable and completely goes against the value proposition that Starbucks promotes. Appalling service and drinks. Worst expereience. The cashier with short blond hair with glasses was blunt and rude to begin with, but told me to "pay first" when I asked for a tomato sauce to go with the pie I ordered. And while I was taking out the card, he repeated, "pay first". Customer service non-existent and upfront rude. Drink was not even filled to the top, matcha latte was just green couloured milk.
