We had lunch on a weekday, it wasn’t busy and we were seated immediately. The waitress was kind to offer us each a paper bag to place our mask in after we finished measuring our temperature. There are small bottles of hand-sanitizer on each table, glad this establishment is doing its part on taking the necessary precautions against Covid-19. The lunch menu includes a fair amount of choices , we chose 2 types of bentos including 2 add-ons. The Eel Bento & Towada grilled Wagyu & Onion Bento were both served with salad, mini-egg roll & mashed taro. Both the bentos are delicious & enjoyable; they used Australian beef for the Wagyu bento and the onion & beef was served with a delicious sweet sauce. I’m not a fan of the mashed taro, tho the egg rolls are good. The deep-fried jumbo shrimps were simply crunchy & delicious, pity they don’t serve them with any sauce at all! Some Japanese mayo would have been even better. The Deluxe sashimi was fresh, it includes 2 slices of salmon & scallops & one big shrimp. Forgot to mention both bentos were served with an apple juice. All in all, this place serves a decent lunch, pretty attentive service, a good choice to have a...
Read moreCame here because of the new Butadon pork bowl.
It is basically slices of pork with sauce and some peas sprinkled on the top.
I called before I went just to check if it was still available and whether it was served all day.
The person who answered was extremely helpful and patient unlike some other restaurants.

I chose 4 slices.
The pork was nice and juicy and the sauce on it was slightly sweet and not too salty.
The green peas gave it a nice sweet kick.
I would prefer the pork to be leaner because it still had some fat attached and the amount of pork that I ate was equivalent to two slices and the fatty bits I did not...

I tried their sukiyaki, and while the flavor was decent, the chicken in it was not great. It had a strong, unpleasant odor or "gamey" taste.
The pork cutlet katsu curry was okay, with a satisfying breaded crust.
The beef sukiyaki oyako don set was also average. The biggest letdown, however, was the shrimp sashimi, it just wasn’t fresh. My mouth became itchy, which is a sign that the seafood wasn’t as fresh as it should be, and this made the experience quite unpleasant.
Overall, it’s a place that could do better with freshness and flavor consistency, but it’s not terrible for a...
