Had two great meals during our November trip, both during their promotion period. First one was a suckling pig and Alaskan crab. The suckling pig had a crispy and crackling skin with lots of meat while the crab was massive with lots of crab meat. The other special was a BA credit card special. 9 course meal for only HKD1188. Only the dishes were full of flavour, delicious and just wanted more. What a feast. Overall deco was impressive, service was professional and speedy. Casually dressed but restaurant was upmarket.

Out of all the restaurants I have visited in Hong Kong, this place is without a doubt the one that I had the worst dining experience. The waitress was plain rude and disrespectful. She was close to throwing our plates and chopsticks onto the table. Her tone hinted that she was impatient and not interested in being here at all. The food was as bad as the service. The portions were so small, the dishes were bland and they told us they were out of salt. Out. Of. Salt. They also messed up our order and gave us a dish we didn't order and did not let us know they were out of stock for the actual dish we ordered until we were ready to pay for the bill.

Poor service. The server, middle age woman, was rude and giving attitude. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The elderly ladies pushing the dim sum carts were OK. Anyway, food was OK. The piping hot congee is good. They also have some pigs feet with Chinese vinegar in ginger & egg. Dim sum was ok…nothing fantastic.

It’s autumn and it’s the hairy crab season!! Nothing is better than the all you can eat hairy crab feast and you can just eat as many as you like! Meanwhile there is unlimited supply of Peking duck, sticky rice, pan fried Chinese bun and more! All these cost 498/pax only, what a great deal!

Local Chinese restaurant. Not enough of staff. Service could be slow. Convenient location close to MTR. Lift inside restaurant do not stop on first floor. Need to walk up to first floor by stairs.

Food, Dim Sum, is alright. 流沙包 was pretty good. Service on the other hand varies. Some of the people are welcoming, others just couldn’t care for you. Busy atmosphere for sure.
