Genki Sushi (San Po Kong) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Neither good nor too bad. My true rating is 2.5 stars. The “Seared Australian Beef” sushi (炙燒澳洲牛) is a real scam though. As always, the picture they showed on app looked decently good - a nice looking piece of beef with no fat. In reality, not less than 1/3 of that piece of beef is pure FAT. It sure did look much like the regular cheap type of fatty beef for hot pot. Wouldn’t have ordered it if the real thing was shown in the picture. They are probably understaffed in the kitchen. Took them 20 minutes to prepare one piece of sushi. Those tiny scallops in the new “Jumbo Red Shrimp Mini Don” tasted nothing but fishy. Not...
