Bouncetopia AIRSIDE — Local services in Hong Kong

After calling and confirming that no reservations were required and we could enter upon arrival, we bought tickets through Klook and took a taxi from HK island which wasn't cheap.

When we arrived at 3pm, we were told that it was full and the kids couldn't enter until 615pm for a 90 minute session that would end at 745pm.

After seeing the place the kids were obviously very distressed and felt tricked as did we. They refused to refund us despite our protests because our kids needed to sleep early around 730pm and we couldn't get home until at least 830 if we used the 615pm entry. They said we needed to get a refund from Klook.

Contacted Klook and they said they couldn't refund us because Kidztopia wouldn't allow them, so were stuck with tickets we couldn't use and two extremely unhappy kids.

Thanks for nothing, we will...

Great fun for children, it's on the 4th floor inside Airside Plaza with AC

Whilst it's the smallest out of all the KizTopia play areas, is unique in is own way by being the biggest and mainly all about bouncy castle element.

It definitely has enough variety to keep your children entertained for a solid 30 minutes. Other KizTopia areas will provide additional activity enough to keep your current children active and entertained for a solid 60 minutes.

Located on 3rd floor, AirSide Plaza easy to locate.

The overall facilities here are still interesting, but the problem is that the staff now seem generally unfriendly, looking quite tense. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be any sense of care when interacting with children. Furthermore, it feels like their services are not up-to-date. Overall, the service experience is not very good. If people have the option to choose somewhere else, I think they might have a better experience. The staff here are also quite young, and it seems like they haven't received specialized training for working in a place like this. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend people to come...
