Staff was nice but not quite professional, one staff didn’t know how to use the thermometer and tried to measure our temperature by measuring the temperature of our hands instead of our foreheads. The hygiene was also not very pleasant. We found dead flies in our cutlery box. Mushroom soup was served in a tea cup. It was bland and tasteless like water with a bit of mushrooms bits in it. Nice place and price friendly I can say! We had a cheese fondue set (for 2-3pax) on Christmas Eve. The staff were very friendly and arranged us for seating promptly. The food was nice and we barely finished all! The set include not only cheese fondue but also German sausages and Pork knuckle which ere superb as well. The worst restaurant so far I have been to in 2019. Service is the worst part, waiter and waitress are both not nice and professional. Food is not impressive, especially the protion, which is very small. Restaurant environment in fact is not bad, but their chairs are all very dirty, stain is all over the seat pan.
