Extremely slow in peak hours Staff failed to indicate which set/bag was my take away order out of the mess All food and coffee (one meal set!) were barely warm despite order to cook due to long queue, at list one should be hot to warm? There were only few drops of pepper sauce for the Chinese New Year burger, the burger was dry, with the deep fried & thin hash brown and thin & dry patty. A food of punishment. Over crowded with some impatient customers due to slow service Hygiene seems so so

No satisfaction at all, alternatively, I'd rather have a cup noodle as a better food and to save time

I ordered a Big Mac, it was COLD! And it is not the first time. The food is hardly ever freshly prepared: burgers cold, fries cold and mushy, cheese never melted, and so on.

This is the most distasteful McDonald’s I have tried in HK. This shop can make a Cheeseburger or a Big Mac actually taste terrible. Unbelievable. Your staff should be fired.

The Taking Desk staff is really rude, I ordered on my phone as Eat in, Maybe there is too busy, They give me Take-Away, And Last lady say use english to talk to taking desk staff is nice to it, When I use it It was so rude that he say 'dont use english' And Kinda Hard to give to the plate for Eat in. 2.
