回到青衣，特地走來甜品莊 想吃舒芙蕾，但是老闆說人太多，就不做了。於是點了 火焰雪山，這個在冰淇淋套上一層蛋白，師傅會熄燈，把燒起來的威士忌火焰，直接淋在蛋白雪山上，在火焰焚燒整座蛋白雪山時，服務人員就整座火山端到桌上，然後擠上一層層的煉乳，火就熄滅了。焗燒過的蛋白層帶著淡淡酒香，入口即化，再配上裡面的冰淇淋真是超好吃。第一次吃到這樣的甜點。 這個店裡招牌的 法式香草燉梨，是第一次吃到這類甜點，使用香草汁與奶與蛋燉煮 梨片，上面再加上一球冰淇淋，以為是固定像布丁，結果一挖下去，竟然是類似濃湯，裡面香草香帶著奶香與蛋香，梨子片也好好吃，整個甜點是熱的，但是冰淇淋卻是冰的，冰冰熱熱，口感好棒。另外，這裡的綠豆沙會加上海帶一起煮，口感會比較滑順。 感謝 Polly Luk 與 Karen Ng 的帶路。這麼隱藏的甜點店真是只有當地人才會知道。這個店可以去吃十次也不會膩也不會有重複的甜點。這是一家以後來青衣，一定還會再來吃甜點的店。下次希望能吃到 這家店 草莓 桂花 原味三種口味的舒芙蕾。

One of my favourite dessert shops in the district.

The pâtissier used to work for Hilton and Mandarin Oriental, therefore you may see some classic french dessert on the menu. However, the shop is rather small, so you may either arrive earlier like before 9 pm or take away especially on holiday.

Both Hot /Cold Dessert are excellent and Cheese Cakes /Mousse are Michelllin standard and high class hotel quality. There is nothing to complain. The time it takes in between the first and last bite or spoon is so short that you can imagine it is too...
