I'm diggin Genki Sushi! The food was consistently good, and I had a blast trying the different dishes. Standouts for me were the Japanese grape soda (so refreshing!) and the seared eel with avocado hand roll - genius combo! The king crab stick and grilled beef sushi were also hits. Can't wait to go back and explore more of their menu!
