Came here during a lunch hour and it was not very busy.
This is a local burger chain that has expanded, originally I tried it in Tsim Sha Tsui and my recollection was it had been much better.
Burgers in Hong Kong have been going strong in the last 5 or more years. This place is not really impressive anymore. The beef quality has no particularly impressive taste and it the patty is too cooked for my taste. Burgers are given in a kaiser roll which is too big for the size of the burger. I had it with bacon but I also could not taste it very much. I ordered some nuggets as a little side for a bit more protein, which is nice. They are breaded with corn flakes for extra crisp but the lady messed up the sauce I wanted them with.
Everything is self-serve here despite there being a lot of front of house staff must of them just stare at you.
Overall not a good experience and it is unlikely I...
Read moreA decent burger place for a reasonable price! Approx. $40-50 per person for a burger set.
Had the cheese burger, the patty was juicy and had a nice chargrilled flavor. The ratio of vegetables to patty was also prefect. The chicken burger with fried egg and harissa mayo was also good. Surprisingly the patty was moist, however with the egg it was a bit rich and there was less lettuce compare to the cheese burger to cut the richness.
The waffle fries were crisp, the chicken nugget tasted more authentic than mcdonald ones, mini hash-browns seems to be frozen store brought ones and the chicken wing (original) was crispy and juicy.
Overall the food quality was outstanding for this price, however location is a bit awkward and inconvenient. There is consistently a queue but the turnaround time and takeout is...
Read moreI have worked for 2 years in Kwai Hing. Temporarily, I found this small burger kitchen is providing the best food in Kwai Hing. The kitchen is quite small and does not have beautiful installation. I only tried once and sat outside. My experience was: the beef of the burger was oily and juicy, the sauce and mushroom were also very delicious. The bread was baked and soft. French fries (with different spices to be chosen) were also very crispy. The price was cheap compared with mid class steak houses or some small burger restaurants in Central or Western District. So, I have to rate 5 stars. I am going to try everything...
