Mou Mou Club (Fanling) — Restaurant in North District

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced! I, myself, have worked in the restaurant before and I never treat my customer this way. One of the staff have disrespected us, by letting a group that was after us to get a seat first! I asked her to explain to me why they went ahead she just ignored me. We asked why we only have one pot for boiling when we are 4 people? Before we went there we had 2 pots for 4 people! The staff just said "no, no, no" without explaination. They knew how to speak English especially the manager but was always avoiding us.

Been a freuent customer to this place for a few years, services has always been great until they have changed their staff recently. I went today, it took them an average of 25 minutes to serve me with a plate of beef when the buffet is only for 90 minutes. I approached their staff regarding their long serving time and all they gave me was a lame excuse, saying that they are overwhelmed by their take-away service. How is that my problem? Fairly good selection of different grades of beef. This is a hot pot restaurant. Separate vegetable bar. Mix of dipping sauces. Quality and taste is good.
