DO NOT COME HERE!!! it’s a beautiful beach so this is a such a shame. we came to camp here doing the maclehose trail, we rented a tent, mat and sleeping bag (for $350 btw). we put our tent right next to the restaurant, had dinner and when we came back our whole tent was ripped open and all of our belongings scattered around the sand. when we told the owner, instead of him saying “i’m so sorry this happened to you on my property”, he demanded us to pay $500???? because an animal attacked our tent and stole and ripped our bag and our belongings. absolutely ridiculous. and THEN if that wasn’t enough, he took our passport as a deposit for the tent and the next morning we wanted to leave at 7am to start our long hike day. we asked him if we could get our passport at 7:30am so we can leave. he FOUGHT with us for 10 minutes because he didn’t want to wake up at that time to return our passport to...

So it appears the boat service is very much dependant on the number of clients and availability of the boats.
