Never Again. Lousy service, overpriced, and overcharged. The low average 3-star rating on Google should have been enough warning to avoid this place. We happened to be on the promenade and made the mistake of going to Crystal Harbour for dim sum. Food was mediocre for the price. You can get far better dim sum in Mongkok, Causeway Bay or Central, at lower prices. The restaurant doesn't provide any wet napkins or tissues during lunch despite charging $10pp tea money and 10% service.
