Long queue when we dined tonight, got to skip the queue due to mobile ticket. As a Genki member, I can attest that basically most of their shops have more or less the same quality. However, some of our sushi was still ice cold when served, an obvious sign of “1 minute ago still freezing” type of food. Atmosphere was not so pleasant tonight, a lot of kids and babies were screaming and crying. Although this is out of the staff’s control, I still find it quite a disturbance to our meal especially when multiple babies were crying at the top of their lungs.
