Food was OK. Soup was too small (and salty). Service was the worst.

Our group was one adult with two children. It was lunch time so probably the best hours for business during the day. We spent 30min to finish our food and hoped to take a few minutes before going. Upon our food were being finished, the staff were quick in cleaning up our table, and passed us the bill. Within 10 minutes, we were prompted by the staff three times to return the table. I don’t think these people recognize the normal standards of a restaurant service nor pay any respect their customers.

I really don’t think that this kind of service should be acceptable at any restaurant and I think that all those arrogant, lazy, annoying waiters out there should be FIRED from their jobs and be sent back to kindergarten to LEARN how to treat their CUSTOMERS. is it such a hard thing to do? Doing their job?

These kind of people who lack responsibility in doing their job would be better off sitting on a couch at home eating a bag of chips watching a game of rugby, wishing that he/she was one of the players. They are INSUPPORTABLE.

Give it a try if you want your day ruined by some...

Had a pitstop at this restaurant during a cycling trip from Tai Wai to Tai Mei Tuk, we parked our bikes in an area reserved for them and we were seated near the promenade. Upon returning, my bike was gone. We told the waiter about this, who immediately let the restaurant manager know who in turn immediately contacted HKSTP security who were going to check cctv to see if they could find out what happened. The restaurant manager said we could sit down while waiting and offered us something to drink but we said we're fine. They still ended up giving us drinks while waiting. It ended up being a guy (could be another restaurant guest) who thought that bike was the one belonging to his partner, and parked the bikes near the stairs next to the restaurant.

I want to thank the waiters that day at Harbourview Grill, the restaurant manager, and HKSTP security staff for taking the matter seriously, and for their help and assistance! Faith in humanity restored! Also learned my lesson of being more alert and careful in...

I've been here twice. The first time, our food took forever and my risotto was pretty bland. However, the servers were nice and we liked the rest of the food, so we gave it another try the other day, this time with a bigger group.

The menu has a wide variety of mostly western food. The burger was huge and the lamb kofta appetizer was well liked. Their fries and sweet potato fries are good -- fresh and crispy. Pizza was quite large, with a thin crust. But I wasn't a fan of the smoothie, as the ratio of ice to fruit was too high.

In terms of the space itself, it looks nice and you get a great promenade view. The outdoor seating is spacious and was easy to navigate with two strollers and a toddler.

This place is more expensive than, say, Tom Bar + Grill down the road. But I do think overall it is worth the extra $ (especially now that we know what...

Since the weather became warmer, we decided to venture out came across this restaurant, as we were not that hungry and just wanted to have a quick bite, and a drink, we had the Himalayan Dumplings, were juicy and the sauce was very spicy, but it complemented togather, grilled squid flavours nice but I think it needed more grilling, and smoked duck pizza was flavourful, crusty smokey juicy duck the sauce made a good combo what was supposed to be a quick stop turned out be a 2 hour relaxing time sitting outside.

It’s very average food only redeemed by the relaxed atmosphere overlooking the water and distant mountains. Probably a better spot to get a happy hour drink rather than a full blown meal. The soup was flavorless, mushroom sauce came cold and lamb rack had that been frozen too long taste (it also took forever to come). Servers seemed disinterested and forgetful. Stomach feeling rather uncomfortable after the meal. It is what it is with limited options along the waterfront.
