My hubby, who grew up in Taiwan, said that the Beef Noodle Soup reminded him of his childhood. I've never eaten Taiwanese beef noodle soup until we found this place and I loved it so much that we came back for one more bowl before catching our flight home to Canada.

The beef and veggie chunks are large and fork-tender. The noodle have an excellent "bite" to them. The broth is savory and flavorful and rich. The spicy flavour was mouth numbingly wonderful.

A very popular dish - honey toast - gets great reviews. It's gorgeous but it really is toast. I was expecting a French toast style, more like a dessert, but this is fruit and ice cream layered on crunchy dry toast. Beautiful but I do not enjoy having my mouth torn up by hard bread.

After renovation, food quality has improved and remains as good as when it was first opended. I like their beef noodles, soup base is consistently of high quality with coriander, turnip and carrot. Very Yummy! Other dishes like Taiwanese sausages, handmade noodles are also good.

However, service is kind of not up to standard. Something is wrong with the streamline of work. Staff's tidying up tables is super slow. The manager also deals with settling bills rather than sitting in customers. Customers wait and stand outside for no reason - even when there are many ready-to-serve...

Delicious Taiwan Beef Noodle Soup Exceptional bowl of noodle soup with large chunks of beef shank, carrot and daikon. Great straight forward soya broth flavour. Noodles were al dente, "knife cut" broad noodles. The soya marinated eggs were a star attraction.😋 Soft dark orange yolk and mild marinated egg white flavour. Fantastic. Do save room for dessert.
