I've tried so many bars, and this one is definitely my personal favorite. The vibe and ambiance are just right - the music is enjoyable without being too loud, making it perfect for chatting with friends. ₍₍ (ง ˙o˙)ว ⁾⁾

Great drinks are a must, but the bar bites here are also absolutely delicious. This place ticks all the boxes! ✧⁺

As soon as you step inside, you'll love the cozy, spacious feel. The dimly-lit, romantic atmosphere means you don't have to worry about the next table overhearing your conversation. The seating is super comfortable too. (˘▾˘)

Around 8pm, you'll be treated to a performance by Phoenyx Novelle, a singer all the way from Philadelphia. Apparently, he's graced many prestigious stages worldwide, and his mastery of Pop, Jazz, and R&B is impressive. Couple that with the drinks, and it creates such a wonderful atmosphere. It's the perfect way to unwind after a long work week. ٩( ˙0˙)۶

Another highlight is the food menu! #Everyday Bar really focuses on using local ingredients. The drink selection is also excellent, with draft beers, signature cocktails, and a wide variety of red and white wines. If you visit during Happy Hour, you can even get 1-for-1 deals on select drinks! Ꙩ⌵Ꙩ

☞ Baked Gruyere Cheese, Fontina Cheese, Prosciutto Ham, Sourdough Bread $198 The smoking glass dome effect when the server brings this out is so cool! Inside the giant sourdough loaf is a melty, stringy blend of two types of cheese and cured ham. The bread is surprisingly soft and buttery on the inside, with a crisp exterior. It's incredibly savory and smoky - perfect for Instagram! ჱ̒ ｰ̀֊ｰ́ )

☞ Sautéed Prawns, Chorizo, Potato, Chilli, Garlic $188 Don't worry about feeling too full after the sourdough - this incredibly flavorful small plate will keep you hungry for more! The garlic aroma and salty chorizo make it a perfect pairing with drinks. (˘▾˘)

☞ Buffalo Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dip The initially spicy, tangy wings surprisingly go great with the relatively mild blue cheese dip. An unexpected but delightful combination! ✧⁺⸜(･ ᗜ ･ )⸝⁺✧

☞ Baked Nachos, Plant-based Bolognese, Cheddar Cheese $168 This is my personal favorite small plate. It's so thoughtfully prepared, with a generous portion and a variety of tasty sauces for you to customize your nachos experience. ´ސު｀

☞ Duck Scent $108 Inspired by Peking duck, this new signature cocktail uses gin infused with duck oil, combined with sugar, soy sauce, cucumber, leek, and lime. The server recommends three ways to enjoy it - just the original freshness, with a touch of sugar, or with the added savory duck sauce. It's a unique and delightful experience. 𓅿

☞ Pomelo 18 $98 This is the bar's signature cocktail, using rum, crème de cassis, pomelo, and lime juice. It's refreshing and easy to drink, with a nice balance of fruit and acidity. The pomelo flavor really shines through. (*˙˘˙)♡

I recently visited the Tin Tin Bar and this is a favorite haunt of mine, especially it's in my neighborhood, and the only one with live band. Here's my recommendation of drinks and snacks:

Duck Scent: This unique cocktail is inspired by Peking duck, featuring gin that's been infused with the rich flavors of this classic dish, complemented by a zesty lime twist.

Pomelo 18: A rum-based cocktail that perfectly blends the citrusy notes of pomelo with the sharpness of lime juice for a refreshing and invigorating experience.

Pomelotini: Combining lemon vodka with pomelo and grapefruit juice, this drink is a tangy twist on the classic martini and is sure to delight with its vibrant flavors.

A hidden gem in Shatin! They have both classic and savoury cocktails (a few unique ones: BBQ Pork, Peking Duck and Sichuan Chicken-infused flavours) - my favourites are actually their classics - Pomelo 18 and Pomelotini, super refreshing with a smooth aftertaste.

Although this is a bar, but they have great selections of food - my Top 2 favourites: Their Buffalo Chicken Wings (LOVEE the sauce) and the Sourdough Bread (with Cheese and Prosciutto Ham - crispy on the outside, and super moist in the inside).
