非常具有城市煙火氣的餐館，被列為上海非物質文化遺產的生煎，非常推薦的一家餐館，尤其是他家的蔥油拌麵及生煎，蔥油味道濃厚，搭配醬油拌麵吃得到食物的原始滋味，是上海本地人的首選！ 生煎就不用多說了，是東泰祥的招牌菜，應該是半發酵的面皮，厚度適中，餡料湯汁在咬下那一瞬間流出，並且搭配面皮的焦香，真的是非常不錯的體驗！
