Shechuan hot pot or nothing. Prawn balls and various grades of cobe style beef. Stick with the imported beef, it's what they do here and it's expensive but delicious. If you want the real thing you have to insist as the strong default is the insipid tourist version. You must however be able to handle some serious spicy heat... Tourist version was great for our 8year old daughter. Dark sexy joint (think 80's nightclub). Nice people, good quality tasty food...
