This is one of the two coffee chains that we had frequented in our recent trip to China, in Hangzhou and Shanghai in particular. It is a local brand of coffee, established by the company that runs The Little Red Book.
The cafes had nice and trendy ambience, modern and yet soothing, with sofa seats, customers can enjoy the drinks and relax well. Their drinks, in particular, coffee like the Americano and Latte were very good, they were very flavourful, thick with strong aroma. Prices were on par with it's counterparts.
The only issue that happened to all the M Stand which we encountered was the super slow service. Probably the shop was understaffed as we normally only saw one to two staff and the waiting time could be over 30mins for a cup of coffee, besides the long queue of customers and those who ordered online as we saw delivery personnel also waiting for their orders.
If you are rushing for time, you can forget about it and go for others but if you have ample time to spare, it will be a great option for coffee and from the time you are at the doorstep, you would be likely to induced and attracted by the super strong aroma of the coffee to go in to order!
