UPDATE: For you Mexican food fans looking for your fix in Shanghai, I found a location still open. It’s inside the main entrance to the Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai on west Nanjing Road. More or less the same menu as the one on Hengshan Lu. Same fun atmosphere and outdoor patio area available. Potent margaritas, great guacamole, and my favorite, tuna ceviche. Live music in the weekend. Best way to find it on Google Maps is search for the Portman Ritz Carlton.
