Really fresh seafood which is evident from the first bite.

The salt-baked flower snails are a great way to start off your meal - perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor.

The chopped chilli fish head was also tasty and bursting with collagen, while the stir-fried beef with whole green chillies added a welcome kick, with the chillies offering a delightful heat without overpowering the dish.

But this place isn't all about spice. The coconut black chicken soup, served in a whole coconut, was a refreshing counterpoint. The savoury broth, which had a hint of coconut, and the tender black chicken were a perfect balance, while the coconut presentation added a touch of whimsy.

The service at Beihai Yucun was excellent as the staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive to our needs, which made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.
